This is the best place to buy meat and fish! Super great neighborhood vibe. Very friendly and accommodating. I prefer to buy my chicken, salmon and steaks here vs any large supermarket.

I used to work at the Richmond district and AK Meats' Hot pastrami is definitely up there for my go to lunch spots. It's quick, affordable and oh so yum! Service is prompt and a no pretentious feel to the place. Must try!

Been here multiple times whenever I'm craving a sandwich and the service is always welcoming and friendly! The Dutch crunch bread is indeed crunchy and all the ingredients are fresh. The sandwiches are quite large and prices are reasonable for what you get! I like that they always recommend certain things depending on the sandwich. Never disappoints!

Great sandwiches and on top of the world service. I now understand why people rave about this place. Great food. Great service. I had their pastrami sandwich, tons of flavor but unfortunately It was a little too wet for me because the sandwich bread was so soggy at the end. I might order a deconstructed sandwich so I can assemble it when I want to eat it so the bread does not get soggy. I had bought a sandwich and they asked me if I wanted mustard and mayo and I said yes. I let my toddler have a bite but found out he doesn't like mustard and mayo and so I went back inside to purchase another bread. They remembered that I had just bought a sandwich and asked me if there was anything wrong. I told them that I just wanted to purchase another bread sandwich that my toddler can have some of the bread. They were so kind. They gave me a whole piece of sandwich bread for free!! Would absolutely be back to grab another pastrami sandwich and I would love to try some of their crab cakes which I hear they make in house.

Lovely little deli with a really amazing hot pastrami. The cure on this meat is wonderful and I was almost too full after eating this because I couldn't stop! I forgot to order pepperonchini on my sandwich- but was given a side of pickled onions and banana peppers anyways! I had my sandwich on Dutch Crunch- a Bay Area favorite. This Place is such a gem with some sidewalk seating and a small shop next door that have a few more drink options if you want something different!

Oh me oh my! A K Meats is an absolute gem! I ordered the hot pastrami after hearing many great things about it. It absolutely lives up to the hype. Without a doubt, the best pastrami I've ever had in my life. The sandwich is filled with pastrami and it is packed with flavor. Service was outstanding as well. When I went to pick up my order, I mentioned it was my first time and I received a side of "The Trio", which was a side of pickled veggies. I was told it goes great with the pastrami. And you know what? It went GREAT with the pastrami! With amazing food and amazing service, A K Meats knocks it out of the park. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Ak Hot Pastrami - 5/5, loaded with TONS of pastrami, on a sweet roll with mustard. YUM. One of the best sandwiches I've ever had! If you love pastrami sandwiches, this is def a place worth trying. The other sandwiches seemed decent, and I swapped a half of my pastrami for a half of Ak's Decadence. Lots of meat and veggies, a typical sandwich. I personally think I would come here for the pastrami and go elsewhere for cold sandwiches.

ORDER: AK'S Decadence Turkey Sando !! Ohhhhhhh my gosh this sandwich was incredible!!!! & I loved the owner who put it together for me! Such friendly service and the product was a beautiful sandwich that I hope to experience a jillion times more. They also have lovely side options like dolmas and broccoli salad. AND you can get cuts of meat! Such a great spot!!! Thank you, gals!! :)))

Got the pastrami sandwich cuz of tiktok and it was so good! Only change I made was doing it on a Dutch crunch roll cuz best bread obvi haha The little shop is so cute and everyone there is so sweet and I love that they're getting so much attention and patronage bc of the tiktok.
